Here are some of the successes that my clients have enjoyed:
- A GSA
schedule contract for a small distributor of medical equipment.
As an approved vendor he was awarded a $22,500,000 six-year contract.
- A one-year Department
of Defense contract, with 3 one-year options, for a distributor
of two-way radios.
- A place on the
exclusive Qualified Supplier List of Distributors
(QSLD) to the Department of Defense, for a small metal distributor.
The company was awarded 51 contracts in six months.
- A one-year
contract to deliver beverages to regional hospitals. The only
other bidder was the current contractor.
- A $33,000,000
contract from the Dept. of Veteran's Affairs for surgeon's gloves.
We were awarded the small business set-aside
portion, for a total of $11,000,000.
- Two contracts,
lasting 10 years, for a distributor of janitorial
supplies. The contract was for vacuum cleaners to all agencies
throughout the world, and the company was the sole source for four
models. Estimated worth of current contract is $6,000,000. One of
the losers was the manufacturer.
- A five-year,
$7,000,000 contract for an auto leasing
company. Although we did not submit the lowest price, we made the
agency aware that other bidders were not qualified to submit an offer.
- A contract to
supply 20 pregnant cows to the Army for research. The dairy farmer
was successful because he could meet the delivery
schedule & furnish a financial report within four days.
- A $200,000
purchase order for a small computer distributor, based on price
alone. The next highest bidder was the manufacturer, who didn't think
anyone else would submit an offer.
- A distributor
of truck parts receives about $150,000 in orders
each month by submitting offers electronically.
All the orders are under $20,000.
- A large distributor
of metals, over the past three years has received $2.5
million in small orders from just three Department of Defense
agencies.
- A distributor
of safety products was awarded 3 out of the 4 offers he submitted,
because I could get him immediate access to past
procurement information before he submitted his offer.
- A small,
disadvantaged, woman-owned metal fabricator supplied the Army
with steel footbridges to be assembled in the field. She was also
awarded a contract for 70,000 fence posts, with a non-compete additional
order of 22,000 units.
